My workout plan

Soooooo..my cousin brothers marriage is coming up [on 24-12-09]and i have to lose some flab ...but i was lacking the motivation...UNTIL becca [euchante in youtube]came along with this blogpost and video...VOILA!
It is one of the usual tag along work out diet together plan[as she said] but somehow this one just made me make a workout playlist in my i-pod,get my skipping rope and start workin.....
so today at 5.15 i started working out until 5.45[right now i am waiting the sweat to evoparate to go take a bath]so i changed it up a bit heres how i did it:

STRECH
50 jumps on the rope
20 crunches
30secs plank
5 pushups[firstime try.....]
25 squats
BREAK 5MINS [nice cold water..i read somewhere that cold water is better while working out,there is sum science behind it too]
25 jumps on the rope
20 crunches
25 squats
STRECH
